Update V1.2
Sep 6, 2026
Your Blueprint can evolve with your project
A software Blueprint should not become obsolete after the first version.
Codelab now helps you review changes, explore their impact, and evolve the Blueprint while keeping project history intact.
Add Feature
Describe a feature you want to add to an existing project.
Codelab can help move it through:
Idea → Discussion → Impact Analysis → Change Proposal → Implementation Brief
Before applying the change, review how it may affect the current Blueprint.
Feature Threads
Feature work can continue as a focused conversation instead of disappearing inside a general AI chat.
Each Feature Thread keeps the context of a specific project change together.
This makes it easier to return later and understand:
- what was proposed
- why it was needed
- what it affects
- how it should be implemented
Impact Analysis
Before changing the Blueprint, inspect which areas may be affected.
A feature might touch:
- requirements
- architecture
- database
- APIs
- business rules
- modules
- implementation tasks
This helps reduce changes that look small at first but create hidden dependencies elsewhere.
Change Preview & Diff
Review proposed changes before applying them.
Compare Blueprint states using the existing Diff experience instead of accepting large changes blindly.
Immutable Blueprint snapshots
Applying an approved change creates a new complete Blueprint version.
Example:
V1 → Add Feature → Review → Apply → V2
Previous versions remain available.
More Blueprint Assistant actions
Use the Blueprint Assistant for practical project reasoning including:
- Find Gaps

Why it matters
Codelab becomes useful beyond project planning.
Your Blueprint can now act as a living project reference as requirements and features evolve.
